Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and heavy whipping cream
- Mix in broccoli, onion, and bell pepper
- Pour into a 6 round oven-safe baking dish
- Place baking dish into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
- Eggs should be firm and cooked fully when the frittata is done
- Serve warm
