Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1 6-ounce cod fillet
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups kettle cooked chips, salt and vinegar flavor
Method
- Soak the cod in the buttermilk with the salt and pepper for 5 minutes
- Crush the chips in a food processor and place in a shallow baking dish
- Remove the fillet from the buttermilk and press firmly in the potato chips
- Place the coated fish fillet in the AIR FRYER basket
- Set temperature for 400 degrees and the time for 12 minutes
