Ingredients

  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Erythritol Powdered +to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extrac
  • ½ tsp Unflavored Gelatin

Method

  1. Using a chilled bowl and chilled whip attachment, beat until the cream is frothy.
  2. Add sweetener, gelatin and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip on high speed until desired thickness.
  4. You should see peaks and the whip should leave trails in the frosting.
  5. Frost or put into a piping bag and use immediately.
  6. Store the finished confection in the fridge.
