Air Fryer Easy Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 8 ounces medium shelled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Method
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp in butter and Old Bay seasoning
- Place shredded coconut in bowl
- Coat each piece of shrimp in the coconut and place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
- Gently turn the shrimp halfway through the cooking time
- Serve immediately
