Ingredients

  • 2 quarts (1.9 L) chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped onion
  • 1 pound (455 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) wild rice
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Method

  1. Simply combine everything in your slow cooker, cover, set it to low, and let it cook for 6 to 7 hours
