Keto Barbecue Green Beans
Ingredients
- 4 cups (600 g) cross-cut frozen green beans, unthawed
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped onion
- 4 slices cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
- 80 ml low-carb barbecue sauce
Method
- Put the green beans in a slow cooker
- Add the onion and bacon and then stir in the barbecue sauce
- Cover the slow cooker, set it to high, and let it cook for 3 hours
- If you prefer, set it to low and let it cook for 5 to 6 hours
Makes 6 servings
- Each with 3 g protein, 8 g carbohydrate, 2 g dietary fiber, 6 g usable carbs
