Easy Algarve Kale Soup Portuguese

Ingredients

• linguisa.
• hambone.
• 1 bunch kale
• 6 potatoes
• 1 can pea soup
• water.

Method

1. Cook meats
2. Clean greens (kale should be partly cooked and drained before adding to soup stock) and potatoes; cook
3. Add pea soup when meats are almost cooked
4. Combine all ingredients and cook for 1 hour
