Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 1 medium lemon
- 8 ounces medium shelled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Method
- Zest lemon and then cut in half
- Place shrimp in a large bowl and squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon on top of them
- Add lemon zest to bowl along with remaining ingredients
- Toss shrimp until fully coated
- Pour bowl contents into 6 round baking dish
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
- Shrimp will be bright pink when fully cooked
- Serve warm with pan sauce
