Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 1 medium lemon
  • 8 ounces medium shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Method

  1. Zest lemon and then cut in half
  2. Place shrimp in a large bowl and squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon on top of them
  3. Add lemon zest to bowl along with remaining ingredients
  4. Toss shrimp until fully coated
  5. Pour bowl contents into 6 round baking dish
  6. Place into the air fryer basket
  7. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
  8. Shrimp will be bright pink when fully cooked
  9. Serve warm with pan sauce
