Stone Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ripe plum, halved and pitted
- 1 ripe apricot, halved and pitted
- 1 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
- 3 ice cubes
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately
