Coconut Pistachio Ice Cream
Ingredients
Servings : 2-4 dishes.
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup pistachio paste
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Method
- Mix the coconut milk with the coconut cream, pistachio paste and sugar
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the instructions of you machine
- A few minutes before it is finished, throw in the chopped pistachio
- Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer until needed
