Low Fat Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour, * see note
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups skim milk
2 cups splenda, **see note
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
Method
Beat everything together and put into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool and serve with fat free cool whip and your choice of toppings.
* using all white flour does not change the points, it’s close, it does change the amount of fiber.
