Air Fryer Blackened Cajun Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup full-fat ranch dressing

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings
  2. Drizzle oil over chicken tenders and then generously coat each tender in the spice mixture
  3. Place tenders into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 17 minutes
  5. Tenders will be 165°F internally when fully cooked
  6. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping
