Air Fryer Cilantro Lime Baked Salmon

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 2 (3-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickle jalapenos
  • 1/2 medium lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Method

  1. Place salmon fillets into a 6 round baking pan
  2. Brush each with butter and sprinkle with chili powder and garlic
  3. Place jalapeno slices on top and around salmon
  4. Pour half of the lime juice over the salmon and cover with foil
  5. Place pan into the air fryer basket
  6. Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
  7. When fully cooked, salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F
  8. To serve, spritz with remaining lime juice and garnish with cilantro
