Apple Cobbler Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 220 g peeled and sliced apples
- 250 g granola
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup (85 g) honey
- 2 tbsps (28 g) unsalted butter, melted
Method
- Spray inside of 3-to 4-quart (2

- 8 L) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Combine apples, granola, and cinnamon in slow cooker and mix well
- Stir together honey and butter and drizzle over apple mixture
- Mix gently
- Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours or until apples are tender
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 55 g water; 302 calories (22% from fat, 5% from protein, 73% from carb)
Serve this slow cooker cobbler with fruit yogurt, if desired
