Most pizzas are high in calories and salt, mainly due to the toppings. Stuffed crust or deep-dish pizzas are a killer. Bad idea for Low-Carb or Keto Diets, the base alone is too many carbs. Not good for weight either unless you can restrict yourself to an occasional pizza slice. Mock pizza can be made using a vegetable or egg (or egg white) base in place of the dough.
